Worst burger of the century.. the slob that served me cant make a burger right...cheese was on the side of the box... Half of the patties were hanging out of my big mac. "New remastered bug mac"... Yeah right... It really didnt taste right.

This Tastes like the real Bigmac in 1970!

Service is all right. Depends when you go. Dining room is nice. There's also a Ronald McDonald park :)

Slow service on a Tuesday night, no chocolate or vanilla shakes just strawberry, and no BBQ sauce or honey just sweet and sour for nuggets, food was lukewarm ... disappointing

Idk what to say... Why would you pay at the first window, then get your drinks without straws (cant even drink it!) then wait for your meal (a while) at the 3rd window and hope they didn't either forget something from your order or forget your straws again!?

Typical fast food experience. Order is always correct and fast. Nice employees. I don't go to this location often, so I'll update after I stop by a few more times.

Service and food quality was great. Lobby not the cleanest. No napkins in dispenser and they don't give you any with your order (you have to go back the counter and ask).

Microphones and or seakers are poor quality. I Repeated myself 3 times the1st time I was told to advance to second Mic, repeatedly up to date I've been reassured that the issue of the broken 2 microphones and or speakers were in progress of being changed looked into or being fixed. Inability to understand the orders correctly on the 1st attempt to order causes long waits in drive thru, causes frustration with me reflects on employees and becomes lack of interest in returning and giving it any reccomendations . Fix drive thru issues, provide more hands on trainings and provid basic English and French service please, merci

Why did they renovate it was fine? At supper time there is no tables available since they removed most of them. You have to sit shoulder to shoulder with people to eat. Tables are always dirty/sticky. Takes forever to get the food although I can't complain on it. There is only two bathroom stalls and there is sometimes a wait to use. I'm changing Mcdonalds as this one is just horrible since the renovations. It used to be a good place to sit and relax/work on stuff but now people are waiting for you to vacate the table.

LOL....I ordered a kids meal with chicken mcnuggets...lol box only contained fries and the toy....NO MCNUGGETS....same order I got an extra frie for free LOL THANK YOU. Finally, order a chocolate sundae, no peanuts or spoon....oh yeah and they told us to pull over and wait a few minutes while we prepare the order.

Very bad experience, as their system was being updated. Could not order on mobile and used coupons for $3 on a $10 or more order.Finally went to Tim hortons across the street.

Dégradation. Seriously? Staff is completely confused. Talking about their hair brush and make-up instead of helping clients. Soft drink machine was missing a few flavors, ketchup tank was empty, no more ketchup cups on one end, girl at door... What is she there for? Standing and not receiving clients decently. Staff went away with order machine keys and nobody has a double of the key to replace the receipt paper. I am very dissapointed. Will take awhile before I come back. This review is not related to all the employees who work there, but specifically the girl who does the take out orders in the morning. (I would say around 8 am to 8:30 am. 1) She spilled burning hot coffee on me and barely acknowledge it. I was a bit surprised but I didn't say anything.. mistakes happen. The second week, we wanted to make an order and she refused the speak English even after I tried to say a few words in french to make sure she understood my order. I would hope they would accommodate their customers but in this case she clearly didn't care. We left unfortunately, completely unsatisfied. She has never been friendly to begin with.

Love the coffee and muffins always fresh. Just remeber guys less pollution!!

Coffee is always underrated here but the food is not; food is appropriately rated.

Service is painfully slow, allways between 10-20 minutes even for a simple oder.Doesn't even matter if they're crowded or not, they somehow remain just as slow regardless...

Clean and bigger than others mcdo. Kids loved it

They give your order without making sure everything is warm. I had to come back 3 times because my coffee and apple pie was at room temperature.

Bad service, order on the machine always no print papier, always miss the item in the order

Unimpressed by my last visit. Went through drive-through, the order was all wrong when we arrived home. We tried the call but no one ever answered the phone.

Nasty . Burger was cold and getting smaller every year. fries now taste terrible, probably cooked in cheap soy oil, gives me a headache after eating. Plus asked for NO SALT, and guess what? Yup, SALT. Lesson: McDonalds is probably one of the least healthy among fast food stores. I refuse to call it a restaurant since they serve actual food in restaurants.

Tried to call but no answer... i came by this morning for a coffee... my first sip was a mouth full of coffee grains. Really not pleasant!! Ill be expection mc donalds to reach out and fix this! I am not a morning person and my coffee is life so not a great morning!

Always very crowded and staff is not keeping up with the clients. Same goes for drive through... They should defiantly hire more staff. Otherwise the food is “good” (lets agree we are talking about McDonalds). Theres a jungle gym for the kids, gives the parents 5 minutes of relaxation.

Have to say, having a 6 year old who's favorite restaurant is McDonald's, I've been in a few over the years. The young man who served us was exceptionally polite and efficient. The restaurant was spotless. The coffee (my order) was hot and fresh and I finally found one that understood "just ketchup" on a burger doesn't mean "everything but ketchup".

I don't even think you guys are trying anymore. I mean, look at this... The thing is, it's becoming normal to receive this type of quality at your restaurant.Ray Croc is turning in his grave.

Was not impressed that manager asked a pair of grandparents if they would leave the play parc so that another family that had a 1 year old could eat there. As a 1 year old cant play in the park climbing structure I found the manager and the young family rude and was surprised that McDonald s would do this. The grandparents were not even finished eating with their grandson. Well this was going on the young couple stood with the manager waiting for them to leave the table.

Picked up a 1/4 Pounder trio at the drive-through and was disgusted to pay nearly $10 for a burger with stale buns, dry as leather patty and barely warm....like room temperature, in the center!. The fries had a mix of 50% dark brown, almost burnt fries... shame on the Candiac staff... it's unfortunate that negative stars cannot be given...you'd get 5...

Food and drinks taste great, but the service is often longer than it should, and Coffee handed to you have to be checked, happened a few times it wasnt hot.
